Beta Test Project

The beta test project is now launched. We are signing a limited number of clients to participate in the launch of our first commercial design of the load monitoring IED, and the overall power trend management system. Through these beta test projects we will gather quantitative data that will be compared with our cost feasibility models. It is fully expected that the actual proven-in-use data will show that our estimates for RONE are conservative. Beta test clients will receive special support and user training, and special pricing considerations. In return for their participation and cooperation, we ask that each client provide us with a letter of testimony.

Each beta test client receives the following system equipment:

  • one IED for each branch to be monitored, plus one more for the main panel
  • a SCADA Pack 100 master control PLC
  • a network host PC loaded with Subnet Explorer, and special trending software and reporting functions
  • a complete set of system documentation: original vendor manuals, plus professionally written custom user manuals
  • all software licenses

Each beta test client receives the following special services:

  • follow-up support calls for the course of the beta test project
  • 24-hour replacement service on all defectives for one year (extendable)
  • assistance with interpreting and applying custom trend graphs and reports
  • assistance with fine-tuning the system for maximum benefit
  • preferential scheduling for future site expansions
